Faulty products
If your Plugly is faulty or does not work as described, contact us at eplugly@gmail.com. We will repair, replace or refund it free of charge, in line with your legal guarantee rights.
Right of withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email eplugly@gmail.com to tell us. Return the item within 14 days of telling us, in its original packaging, and pay the return shipping costs. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item. We may reduce the refund if the item shows use beyond what is needed to inspect it.
